How to Submit an Event to the UO Calendar To submit an event to the UO Calendar, go to https://calendar.uoregon.edu/. Sign in with your Duck ID credentials. Fill in the appropriate information, including: Name of event Description Start date/time Event location Social media event pages Event image Event type* Department* Target audience(s) Group Cost Hit “Submit an Event” on the right side of the page when completed. Event listings will not be posted to the calendar until they are approved by administration, which may take several days. You will be notified by email if the event has been accepted or denied. * Event Type/Department: In these areas, you can tag multiple types of groups or departments on campus that may find this event valuable. Mark all that are applicable—especially the SOJC!—so your listing shows up on our webpage and other calendars around campus.
