She also works closely with the Office of the Registrar, coordinating the department scheduling needs for maximum utilization of classroom and faculty resources, scheduling protocol, and production dates and deadlines. Melody serves as the department user and/or developer in Cognos when members of the SOJC need data. She also gathers statistical data pertaining to curricular and Cognos reporting to the SOJC. Marcia also coordinates with the SOJC Business Office and Central Business Services Office (CBSO) to provide primary support for guest visitors to the SOJC and assists the Academic Program Specialist with project management and communication.
