Melody provides course and curriculum support to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Affairs and the SOJC Sequence heads. She also works closely with the Office of the Registrar, coordinating the department scheduling needs for maximum utilization of classroom and faculty resources, scheduling protocol, production dates and deadlines. Melody serves as the department user and/or developer in Cognos when members of the SOJC needs data. She also gathers statistical data pertaining to curricular, Cognos reporting to the SOJC.

Marcia provides administrative support for the SOJC Associate Dean for Undergraduate Affairs, to include reviewing syllabi for required elements, ensuring receipt of expanded course descriptions for the term online class schedule, and maintaining SOJC’s CourseLeaf for curriculum submissions. Marcia also coordinates with the SOJC business office and central business services office to provide primary support for guest visitors to the SOJC and assists the Academic Program Specialist with project management and communication.
